Residential Design
Every home we design begins with a clean sheet of paper, because every home should be as unique as the clients who commission it. We offer site review prior to purchase, budget studies, and full architectural services from concept through construction. We work with mechanical, site and structural engineers as needed, and coordinate with Passive House green raters for certification requirements. We are capable of designing at any scale - from a playhouse, to an off-grid cabin, to a generational family estate.
Multi-Family Design
From zoning classification, to site plan approval and special permitting due diligence, multi-family design can get complicated, but we can help developers navigate the requirements for a successful project. Designs can vary greatly based on what can be built by-right or what can be up-zoned to allow land to be developed to its highest and best use case. We can provide custom designs that take advantage of the buildable envelope and create more value for investors than off the shelf solutions.
